Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Fixaty account and the personal data we hold about you — your name, phone number, addresses, booking and conversation history, photos and voice notes — at any time, in any of these ways:

1In the Fixaty app (fastest)

  1. Open app.fixaty.com and sign in with your phone number.
  2. Go to Account → Delete my account and confirm.

Open bookings must be finished or cancelled first. Technicians can delete their account from the technician app (Account → Delete my account).

2On WhatsApp

  1. Message Fixaty on WhatsApp: +966 55 905 4184
  2. Send: "Please delete my data" from the number you used with Fixaty.

3By email

  1. Email hello@fixaty.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name and the phone number you used with Fixaty so we can find your records.

What happens next

  • We confirm your request on the same channel and complete the deletion within 30 days.
  • We delete your profile, contact details, addresses, messages, photos and voice notes.
  • Invoices and payment records of completed jobs are kept only as long as Saudi tax law requires (ZATCA), then deleted.

تعليمات حذف البيانات

تقدر تحذف حسابك في Fixaty وبياناتك الشخصية — الاسم، رقم الجوال، العناوين، سجل الطلبات والمحادثات، الصور والرسائل الصوتية — في أي وقت، بأي طريقة من التالي:

1من تطبيق Fixaty (الأسرع)

  1. افتح app.fixaty.com وسجّل دخولك برقم جوالك.
  2. اذهب إلى الحساب ← حذف حسابي وأكّد.

لازم تنتهي أو تُلغى الطلبات المفتوحة أولاً. الفنيين يقدرون يحذفون حساباتهم من تطبيق الفني (الحساب ← حذف حسابي).

2عبر واتساب

  1. راسل Fixaty على واتساب: +966 55 905 4184
  2. أرسل: «احذف بياناتي» من نفس الرقم اللي استخدمته مع Fixaty.

3عبر البريد

  1. أرسل بريد إلى hello@fixaty.com بعنوان «طلب حذف البيانات».
  2. اكتب اسمك ورقم الجوال اللي استخدمته مع Fixaty عشان نلقى بياناتك.

وش يصير بعدها

  • نأكد طلبك على نفس الوسيلة ونكمّل الحذف خلال 30 يوم.
  • نحذف ملفك وبيانات التواصل والعناوين والرسائل والصور والرسائل الصوتية.
  • فواتير وسجلات الدفع للأعمال المنجزة نحتفظ فيها فقط للمدة اللي يطلبها نظام الضريبة السعودي (زاتكا)، ثم تُحذف.
